Pallet Wood Church Kit (Woodshop)

Hello. I wasn’t going to say anything about the church kit because I don’t want to sound like a complainer. But since you asked for a review I will share my thoughts. I love the church..but again I have issues with the wood. I understand that it is to be rough and look old but the 2 side pieces for the church are 2 different thicknesses..one is about half as thick as the other and then the thin one is split almost the whole way up the piece and when I distress it I will have to be very careful sanding it so it doesn’t break. Also it is going to look funny it if is viewed from the side because of the 2 different thicknesses. Even if the front was thicker and the sides tho it would have been better. But I love the kit and I’ll make it work when I get time to put it together. I just thought since you asked for a review I would share and it may help you for future orders. I love the page and I’m looking forward to getting my dough bowl candle. Thanks
